Can I use the yellow connector on my pc video card to send video signals to my pc?

PC info:

Windows XP

Graphics: 128MB AGP video card with yellow connector (part of composite/rca video cable).|||As in, can you plug in something like a VCR and record video using that connector?

Probably not, unless you're using an old All-In-Wonder ATI card. :) Usually that yellow connector is an output, for plugging your computer into a TV.
