I have a Hauppauge WinTV 1800 and I'm trying to connect my PS2 to the composite input, but every media player I've tried implements some kind of buffer which creates a slight delay. Is there anything out there that can access the raw feed directly from my tuner card so there isn't any lag? I've already tried Media Center, WinTV, WinAVI, and Dscaler :/|||You might look for a setting called Game Mode. That turns off the pre-encoding and just passes through the video to the monitor. In my experience this isn't quite as good as a live feed though as I think there's still a slight delay. The only cards I know of to have no delay were tuners built into the motherboard or AGP graphics cards with tuners. Unfortunately this list includes an old Macintosh Performa 630CD and a recent eVGA PersonalCinema GeForce 5700 FX. lol Oh well.
Game Mode. That might help you.|||Look for A program Called Intervideo Home Theater thats what I use to record my xbox 360 games... and It works fine.
