For internal capture cards when it says 3x composite - RCA video in can I connect a Dual ended RCA cable to it?

I'm looking for a capture card so that I can record what im streaming on my tv to my computer and I have an AV out plug on my TV, what would I need?|||An AV cord. Amazon has long ones... 50, 100 feet. You need your computer to have the proper hardware though.
