What is the best software for capturing composite video on PC?

I have a Hauppauge WinTV PVR-500 MCE tuner card. I am able to watch and record television from the cable input, and for the most part that is fine.

However, I am having difficulty finding an adequate program that can display and record from the composite video input of the card. I want to connect my Wii and other consoles to it so I can use them on my monitor instead of a television and be able to record gameplay. The ones I've used so far either look good and have sound but there's a lag of a matter of seconds, have no sound, have low framerate in full screen, or have other various problems.

Am I missing the standard for this? Does anyone know of a good program--preferably free, but I'm willing to pay--that displays input with good quality and with sound and with no lag? Do I need a Divx codec to record video in reasonable size?|||Get Wondershare DemoCreator, Democreator creates software tutorial and presentation by recording screen, but more than a screen recorder, you can record all the actions taking on the application and then add some tips or instructions to it, even more, you can easily add the narration from microphone or import audio file directly. At last, you can publish it to Flash, auto-run CD, EXE, e-mail, ftp, LMS. As you know, flash file has smaller size and is safer for transmission, i think it will be useful for you!

Good luck!

Cheers!

You can try it for free to see if it works for what you need it for.
