Pci tv card composite input????

hi. in advance sorry for any spelling mistakes.......

in my pc's i have tv cards with yellow jack inputs (composite)

when i plug a game council in its very low quality and has a lag (on Grand theft auto you press shoot and 2 seconds later it fires. this is nothing but when your playing online with other games its crucial.

on one of my pc's i have nvidia 1gb vram 8600gt intell core duo 3.2ghz and in the other 1.6 dual core and ati radion saphire

when i tried a nvidia 96001gb vram and theirs no change.... ive tried using a vga input monitor and a HD 1080p HDMI monitor and theirs no change.

if i buy a xga box of ebay will the quality be the same???

this is what im looking at

also.. will the make of the tv card make a difference i have a kworld one (this one)

Programs like ATI Media Center or the InterVideo WinDVR and windows media center put a 2-5 second delay on their displays, so there's a buffer (to reduce latency, and to allow for pause/rewind function)

Post the program you are using, perhaps someone knows where this setting is.
